Ken,
Your Sherman looks great! I don't care for Shermans and it is making me want to do one. If I were to go get one to do which one would you suggest (Italeri, Tamiya, DML [if one can be found])? How did you make the snow? How about the mud?
GREAT JOB!! :-)

Ken - I like your Sherman as much as I do mine!
Seriously - I rarely say that about
any model. Now, you make me want to build another one! Good show!

A great piece Ken! I like the way it "swims" deep in the mud! What was your snow recipe? It looks like snow that first melted a bit and then freezed again...getting colder....
better get my socks!
The white camo looks very good! But why did they not repaint those insignias with some other colour after painting the tank? I thought insignias were for recognizing your own ones. Any historical bits on this matter?

Ken--The model looks really great, but I'm actually wondering if you could share how you made the base. I'm always looking for new ways to do ground in my dios. How'd you do the mud, snow, shrubs, etc?

I don't hate you because your beautiful, I hate you because you models are.
Seriously, great job! On the extra armor welded to the turret I have a question. There are some super skinny scratches that are rusted. What did you do to get them so thin? You should be proud of the job. It looks used but not overdone, way to go.

I'm finishing the article on it so please give me a couple a days to complete it as time gets sometimes restricted...I have more fun building than writing...
Thanks again.

First Rate there Ken! Ultrarealistic, looking at it does compel one to reach for the parka. I like the way the stars are so subtly outlined in the white wash. Truely inspiring. Scott

As a fellow Sherman freak I've got to add my kudos too, Ken. Stunning model. Simply stunning; looks like the snowfall stopped twenty minutes ago. I also look forward to the article; this is one more nudge to making me pursue a winter Sherman project.

Your Sherman is, simply magnificiant, I look at it and I feel cold! Having been in many a tank during winter months I know the bone chilling cold that steel contains. Your model projects that damp cold. Well done!
