That looks great Christiane. You have done an excellent job with the wavy pattern snow camouflage. Veery nicely weathered also.
I'm just putting the final touches to my Demag with Pak 38 for the Tank Terror campaing, and your model is a real benchmark for me.

Oh one thing I noticed though, the tools in the middle. If you put them in like that they'll fall out, as the pick and ax head are heavier than the handle. Also the pickax looks rather dangerous to the co-driver in that position...

I love that scheme :-) Have to try it myself once to, saw it in the concord book "panzer-divion at war part 2" some time ago!
