Hi guys!

I'm building a Panther A 1/35 right now. I have a problem with the tow cables. It's clear where they should be attached in front, but I can't figure out where the back end belongs. On the kit itself is nothing that's meant to attach it to (i suppose), and the instruction sheets are completely unclear on this point. I have loads of reference pics, but none can help me here. Anybody an idea or pic?
Btw, I made the tow-cables myself, using the technique explained by Costas Rodopoulos. Works wonderfully well (I didn't use a mechanic tool for the twisting, just took one of my brushes, attached the wires to it and started twisting. Works as fast as the proposed technique).

Concerning the schuerzen : I'm scratchbuilding these. What should the dimensions be? As I said, it's in 1/35. I think on each side 6 plates of 14 mm x 28.5 mm will do fine. Is this correct?

Thanks a lot!!

Hi Florre... For the Panther A's tow cable attachement at the rear ..there is a round tube with a pin going through it at the rear corner just behind the spare tracks ..Top corner just off the engine deck ..If I'm not clear just let me know and I'll try and explain better..

Pieces cut from better quality (they're thicker) disposable aluminun foil cookie sheets and baking pans is a good source for constructing schurtzen. It's about the right scale thickness and is easy to puncture or bend and twist into battle-damaged shapes. It's also very inexpensive.
