it appears to be 1/35 scale metal kit - no plastic here. I like the fact that the gun shield (if that is what it is called) is not painted.

Say, how did you replicate chipped paint, painting over with grey or revealing base coat by scratching?

.. The chips were done using Humbrol matt Black and a very fie brush!
