Does anyone know if there is a hobby shop in Massachusetts or Rhode Island that sells Vallejo paints? Yes, yes I know I can get them on-line but I would like to check them out in person.
Thanks

Did you check Spare Time Shop in Marlboro? Their phone # is (508) 481-5786 and they are located on Rte 20E. I do not know if they carry them. There is also a Hobbytown USA in Burlington. I don't have their number, but you can get the info off of Hobbytown's main site using the store locator. Again, I do not know if they carry the line.

Marty,
I have never seen Vallejo paints in massachusetts or Connecticut. I can't speak to Rhode Island. As Rob said, check Spare Time in Marlboro, but he didn't used to carry that line. It seems you have to get to a figure specialist shop. The only two I know of in the general New England area are Sentinel Miniatures and Military Miniatures Wqrehouse. Both are just outside New York. Sentinel definately has a storefront but I don't know about Mil. Min. You can get Sentinel's hours at www.sentinelminiatures.com. Military Miniatures is at www.milminwh.com.

Al and Sabot,
Thanks for your replies. The Spare Time Shop although a great hobby shop doesn't carry Vallejo paints (it's a real shame). I will probably just have to bite the bullet and get one of those $40 paint packs from some place on the Internet. I have checked all the other places I could think of like HobbyTown in Quincy, Hanover and HobbyTown USA in Bellingham. Some places haven't even heard of Vallejo. There is a model show comimg up down the Cape so perhaps I can ask around there as well.
