Pricewise there doesn't seem to be much difference, but I doubt all those extras will come with the AFV one?

:-) yeah who'd have thought it eh ? its in noway as complete as the Dragon offering from what i understand ?
but is a very accomplished kit it lays the older tamiya ones out flat!
value wise i think the dragon one is the one to go for ,but i get AFV Club kits cheap, so it was worth picking one up ,you may know already but it includes the now standard metal barrel ,working torsion bar suspension and adjustable track tension Chad i'm affraid i dont think so ? .

No me neither......but in theory it could be true, as zimmerit wasn't applied after september/october 1944 anymore.....

So dragon has a early Tiger and AFV club has the final version?

I still wanted to buy another Academy Tiger early (makes 2 early Tigers here) but a late version with zimmerit would be very cool to have....

Yes Martin it would be an excellent addition to a kit for them to include zimm
