I just got an interior kit for my Tamiya pzkpfw. IIIL from th Tank Workshop and it looks great. The only problem is that it is going to be difficult to show off since the "inspection" hatches are not detailed on the underside. I was wondering if anyone had any photos of the undersides of these hatches and/or instructs on how to detail them. They would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Andrew

Squadron Signal has the StuG III walk around book that has great shots of the underside of the hatches (I believe, we're talking about the two on the front hull, right?). I'd help you, but my book is 600 miles away and will be for 3 more months.

The only photos I've found so far are these at AFV interiors.

They show two locking latches, but not much else. Maybe you could also check the Eduard site. If they do a P/E set for it, you can view their instructions.

Do you mean the driver/radio operator bail-out hatches above the bogies?

Yes, these are the hatches but they were not used as escape hatches as they were not practical.
