Not too long ago someone posted a link to images of Russian armor and vehicles in Chechenya. Was it here? I'm searching for camo schemes for contemporary Russian armor. Also, did the T-80UD see action over there?

Oh......is this a T-80?

Found it in the Gallery at that link.....there's a couple of others too, just not sure if any of them are T-80's or upgraded 72's......

Thanks guys. I have the pbase url book marked. Though I recall a different page. It was one page with like 60 images on it. Took me forever to load (56k) but I fogot to book mark it.

Why on earth are the Russians using T62s?? Are the T-80s being used?

I think they might be T-72BV,s. The Russians ended up using the tanks like artillery because they didn't fare well in built up areas. I also suspect the T-62's(see5144.jpg,T-64?) were as good in this role.
Just spotted http://pvo.guns.ru/weapon/ with better shots of T-62's
