It's a M-37 . The Dodge WM300 Power Wagon is another truck, closely related to the Weapon Carrier. Its "nose" is more rounded than the M-37 nose.
BTW Skybow was expected to release a M-37 years ago, when they were still in the business. Maybe AFV Club will fulfill our wishes in the future....

Now the pic is working. Yup, an M-37, Vietnam era replacement of the 3/4 ton WC series of WWII Dodge trucks. The M-37and WC series were also called "Power Wagons." The WM300 was a civilian version of the military truck. The main difference betwen the WC series and M-37 is the rear bed area. The WC was wider externally and with flat sides. The M-37 had a narrower external bed, with more internal room and narrow fenders over the rear wheels, simmilar to a stepside pick-up. The front end and cab area are basically the same with the major differences being doors added to the cab and a rear wall separating the cab and bed. You can convert an M-37 from a WC-52 with minimal effort.
