I have seen a 1/35th Nichimo Charioteer mk8 for sale and wonder if it is a reasonable interpretation of this tank. The kit is a motorised version (which I will leave out), but as I try to get more British tanks, this seems like just the job. Has anyone seen or built this kit, and if so was it any good?

There was a time when I thought this was a good alternative to the unobtainable Dragon M4A1. I knew it was a bad kit but it was close enough and I was willing to put in the time to fix it. However After seeing one of my club members build it I decided against it. You would be better off getting the Dragon at a premium price or a resin M4A1 hull from any number of AM vendors.

Alan, just a question. What exactly has the Charioteer got to do with the M4a1?...Jim

I built mine some years ago from the Accurate Armour / Tamiya combi-kit.
