Does anyone know links to reference material about Normandy farms, barns and/or other buildings.
I especially look for detail plans to build a farm or barn in wood.

Thanks

If you go to a major bookstore (Barnes & Nobels, etc), you will find a book called "Most Scenic Villages in Normandy" (there is similar books for Calais, Cherborg, Southern France, Italy, etc.). It is a "coffee table" book, hardbound and about 150 pages in length. You might find it in the travel section.

It has a large and wonderful selection of colorful photos along with some narative. It is also availalbe online at Amazon.com. I recommend this book series highly to anyone building diorama pieces.

Hey, I have the same problem for Belarus. My local store has a ukranian village house and I wonder if they look anything alike. Does anyone know how the belarussian landscape looks like in June, I heard it rains a lot during the summer, is it true?
Thanks
