Hey Pete
Not that I have herd of yet. But do not discount the resin guys in Poland.
There is the 2S7 coming out later this year (as I have been told) and there are the remnents of one company with thier T-10's and IS-7's.
Later,
Dave

11B some help:
1. noone has announced a 2S3 and Boy do I wish someone would, especially in plastic. At least the 2S7 will be nice, but spendy.
2. To convert the Type 83 to a 2S3 would probably be as much work as just building it from scratch. If you start working on one, then a plastic company will announce it!
