I had a Zvezda Pz III Ausf. F and instead of it being a rebox of the DML/Dragon kit, it looked like a poor copy of the DML kit. The sprue layout was the same but the sprue looked cruder. Same deal with the parts, they looked similar but the detail wasn't as crisp.

I've got an Ausf F, it is a copy of the Gunze Sangyo/Dragon mouldings. I'm doing it up, using redundant parts from the Gunze Ausf J (side hatches for turret) and an Italeri Panzer IV (new cupola - the one in the kit isn't great plus the tracks from same) and making it into an Ausf G.
The Dragon one is crisper in terms of moulding but the Zvezda one can be made to look as good with a bit of work and is ideal if you have a limited budget.
