Hey guys n gals
Just been tryin to give ma shermie a whitewash, it was going all according to plan until i noticed what paint i had been using.... poster paint. NEVER ever in my life while i use this again. It has managed to remove the paint from my shermie leaving me with a grey sherman. Back to stage one. LOL
Don't do the same thing as me.

Hi Scott
sorry to hear your mishap.
What base paint did you use? and what brand of poster paint?
I've used poster white and gouache over matt Humbrol enamels without a grey hair in sight.
Cheers
