Try explaining THAT purchase to the wife.
But, honey, it's only $89,000. We can take it to the mall and never have a problem parking and I really needed it as a reference for my M-41 kit that I'm planning on buying to go with the other 500 kits in the storage area. #:-)

Actually, I think it's good price, consider that in HK, I need to pay same amount of money just for a new 5 series BMW... :-) :-) Now let's see when the bonus of this year will kick in......

I wonder if they would be interested in a trade. I have an extra M3 or M1IP...could probably give up either M109...hmmm...

I asked my wife if she would get it for me for Christmas (:-)
She never answered, she just laughed and went back to her book. When we put up the Christmas decorations I'll leave room just in case.

After checking out the M41, I took a look at the main page. There was a link to the M114 which had a coupld of blurry images and one image of a pair of M114s on a tractor trailer rig based on the M9XX series 5 ton truck. This was by far the most interesting since it showed a pair of M114s secured to the trailer, one was overgunned with another M2HB mounted at the scouts position and the second had the turret from an M901 ITV mounted on it. Something you don't see everyday...

You got it show the old lady the M-41 for $89,000 then show her the $39,000 M-114 and tell her you would settle for this one instead.
