Just got the Testors small Blue Ice compressor and I'm trying to use it with a Badger 350. My qusetion is, should the air pressure coming out of the AB resemble the pressure when using a spray paint can? Because I feel the pressure is too weak to give me coverage and it takes me forever to get just one side of the vehicle painted. Or is the pressure supposed to be like this? Also for Tamiya paints, should I thin them 1 paint : 1 thinner? Or should they be thinner than that? Thanks.

Hi Hisham, You dont need too much pressure my friend spray cans are very powerful and blast out the paint ,with your air brush you wantto get light coats of paint thats what gives you control many of the guys here say they put many light coats that way you dont blot out the detail on your kit.Air pressure I use about 10 to 15 p.s.i. Im sure others will use different pressures. Tamyia paints I dont thin to much roughly 80% paint to 20% tamyia thinners in warmer weathers i thin it a bit more. hope this helps.
