tryin to find out what would be the best color from testor or any other us company 4 desert color i tryed the modren desert sand but it seems a bit to light

Modern desert Sand would be the one to go with. Even though it seems light it is the most correct color out there for OIF vehicles in sand camo. One thing you could do to darken the vehicle a bit is to add an enamel wash of brown (eg burnt sienna). If you coat the entire model in a gloss clear coat, then add the wash and, after it dries, remove using a clean cloth diaper and mineral spirits, leaving the wash in the crevaces (sp?). The overall color will darken a bit, not a lot, and the details will be accentuated, breaking up the monotony of the uniform color. Hope this helps.
