Hi,
My airbrush (Badger 200G) has been acting strangley recently. I ordered 2 head assemblies (medium and fine) and 2 needles (medium and fine, but the fine has not arrived yet because the shop was out of stock). when i fitted the new needle and head, thee air pressure seemed low from my compressor and when i sprayed, the paint was all gritty and it splattered. Also, the paint would stop coming out of the airbrush alltogether. I am fairly sure it is not a problem from dry paint beccause as i said the parts are new and i have jbeen claning it with badger spray-away.
Please help me!
Thanks in advance!
cheers
Philip

I have the same problem with my Paasche a.b. no matter how much i open up the paint or increase the air pressure no paint shows what i have found is to pour a drop of thinner in the paint chamber then blow it out a then the paint starts to work .I use Tamyia and have had a Problem with the paint drying so now I clean the a.b. religously but it still keeps happening.
