Hello everybody!
I've got a very late entry, but then again, I'm only discovered Armorama a few days ago.
My entry will be a STUG III G from the Kampfgruppe Y, Panzerbrigade 150 under Skorzeny....
And that's what makes it an interesting vehicle:
During the first days of The Battle Of The Bulge the 9 Kompanie, 2nd Battalion of the 150 Panzerbrigade 'owned' 14 STUG's and they were all painted in AMERICAN olive drab livery, including white star and registration if it were a vehicle oft the USA Co.C 81st. Tk.Bn.
(More famous is the Panther conversion to a M10 look-a-like wich was used by the 1st Battalion of the Panzerbrigade 150 ).
I'll trie to scan a ref-picture later on.
So, thats what I'm working on. I had the idea for a long time, but know I saw the campaign and that pulled the trigger...
Now I stop writing and start building!!

Late entry, but enough enthousiasm!!

Thanks for the warm welcome John!
I'm very interested in the picture you have; I only got 2 pictures and 1 drawing of these STUG's, all from the Osprey book "Ardennen 1944 Peiper & Skorzeny".
Could you please mail it to me on [email protected] ?
Thanks in advance!

Thank you for the welcom Martin! I hope we have a Dutch campaign soon as well!
OK, here's the promised reference picture. A bit small, but I copied it from the Osprey book Ardennes 1944, Peiper and Skorzeny. This was the image that inspired me, so the diorama will be something like this also.
