Started my dio. I've begun with the key subject. Just got down with the framing of it. here's a quick view of it.

Yes, it's only 1:35 scale. Be it the 2x4 or 1x6 inch boards. More of this and other small projects before I can actually start the dio.

Yep. I've even got my mother to help out. She's into many arts and crafts. One of her crafts is where she uses some thin strips of paper and creates flowers, angles etc. I've asked her for some help so, she's going to roll me some small white strips of paper to add detail to the interior of the building. :-) :-)
My next step is to finish up on the building. Need to add the siding and weathering of it.
After that is to decide how big to make the dio. COnsiering I want to include a foxhole for the weapons and either a small bunker or a portion of an old destroyed farmhouse.
I'm afraid if I make it to big, one, where will I keep it and two is all the space I'll need to fill with something.
