I would like to know if you can clear or dull coat Vallejo Paints?

I have airbrushed Testor's Dullcoat over Vallejo/Andrea with no problems at all. I see no reason why Glosscoat would have any negative effect. I've used some quite heavy applications, too.

Yes but the Vallejo mattt varnish is an excellent option as well! The Vallejo paint, genreally dry to a dead flat finish anyways. Try to avoid touching them however as they tend to pick up the body oil residues;
