OH Gramme.... you probably opened a can of worms.... :-) :-)
There are some who love aztec's, others who hate them.
And you'll probably hear form both, but I guess that's good to help you make up your mine.
I've been using airbrushes since the 70's, I use Badgers, Passche's, and Iwata's, I owned two Aztec's and gave both away. Just my own personal choice.
My suggestion is rather simple, buy the best you can afford, and one that parts are easily available where you live, and are also affordable. Makes no sense buying an airbrush, and not being able to afford or find a new nozzle or needle when you need one, without mail order, and the waiting for the parts.
And remember--- it's mostly Practice, practice, practice.... the more you use it, the better your airbrushing skills will become. Just don't expect your airbrush to do something it was not designed to do.

Hi again mate Dave's Right i'm a recent Iwata convert I have been through no less that 4 azteks in 2 years all broke in some way or another i have an Iwata HP-C now and i refuse to look back its brilliant ,dont get me wrong the Azteks are excellent they did me proud for a while just didnt seem robust enough for me even the metal bodied version

Here is my standard 2 cents worth..
Started out with several azteks.. love/hate relationship.. loved when they worked right.. hated when they didn't..
I now have both the Badger 175 and 360.... both are great........ if I had it all over to do again i'd buy the 360 first instead of last.......... its my personal favorite....

Delbert and Francois both echo my sentiments exactly Azteks are great when they work but a complete nightmare when they dont so far the airbrushes i have used to date of them all Iwata and Badger have both been faultless .

Glad to help mate ! as for paint i'm a complete acrylic convert i dont use enamels at all anymore
just thin them well and watch out for them drying around the nozzle as they dry quite fast ,but i love them it also means you can get weathering almost right away
