Hi Guys, I finished my T-34/85 dio for the Seeing Red campaign. Its the old Tamiya T34/85 kit. The tankriders are from Dragon and the German teenage Volksturm is a white metal figure from Hecker Goros. I call it" wasted youth of the Fatherland"
Let me know what you think

I agree with Monte, the tank seems to be glossy and it seems to be clean. Maybe you could add some dirt or pastel to give the impression that its battle hardened. The walls as well as the ground probably needs a little more dust look....
Overall I like your dio, its simple but you hit it on the spot. Keep it up

Dio Update Gentlemen I took the advice above and hit the dio with a shot of Gunze flat and then dusted with some pastels. I think that it improved the looks and reduced that glossy look. Thanks for the advice.

Very nice dio, gotta do me a T-34! I dunno, I kind of like the dio before the flat coat, to me, it looked like right after a rainfall, and there wouldn't be all of that dust, etc, but it's just as good with the dullcote as well!

Great work on your diorama ! Even though I like your 2nd set of pics with the dullcoat/pastels better then the 1st set of pics. I thought same same thing (as Kelly Zak). Looks like it had been raining and damp, and added to the gloom and doom effect of a "Berlin 1945" diorama.
Building ruins and ground work are excellent. T-34/85 with the Russian troops on it looks awesome. The Hitler Youth (Werewulf) with the Panzerfaust is perferct for the scene.
