hey all, i am wondering whether, the inside of the m20 was olive drab, or the primer??
also, when painting the tyres, i know you shouldnt paint them flat black...i was wondering, isteand of this what colour do i paint them to give them that realisitc weathered grey tire look??

Mostly white, with an OD floor. Inside of the driver and co-driver's hatches was OD too.

The driving compartment was normally painted white, the fighting compatment was OD. This was to help discovery from the air. Drader is right about the hatches. There is a paint I like for tires it gives it that grey worn look, unfortunatley it escapes me right now and I am at work, so I just can't go look at the moment. PM me and I will get the answer for you this evening.

on the tires i've been working on a technique where I paint the tires flat black then used a super thinned gray such as RLM 66 or panzer gray as a dust coating or as some call it a filter to achive the worn look.. i think i have some success...

I just wanted to add, to my last post. There is reference that even the drivers compartment was od as well. My personal opinion is the white drivers compartment, with the fighting compartment od.
