after i release all the compressed air out of the tank, do i just unscrew the 'nozzle' on the side of the tank and tip it? if not, what do i do because i tried that and no moisture came out..or am i lucky enough to not have any in there? #:-)

No problem finding no moisture.
You'll get more on really humid days, on low humidity days, you'll get less or none.
You should keep a little pressure on the tank... then tip it, the air will force out any water.
We blow down our comprssors at work at the beginning of each shift.... always have the line pressure on them, and some days lots of water, other days very little. Oh ours are a little too large to tip over.
