Nice work, I like the paint chips on the tank destroyer and the snow etc.....guess the glossy look on for instance the first pic is caused by the flash of your cam?
Welcome to the big-A! You sure will like it here!

Hi geoff9110 !
First,.. Welcome to Armorama
Second,.. Nice dio!
But I have some comments. The setting is to my opninion very well executed. The dio has a lot of activity and that is important because it will make your dio more attractive to look at. You have also included many details and I like that.
Is it possible that you can make some better close-ups? Some pics are a bit blurry.
Maybe an idea to improve the following things?
- Paint the tires of the motorcycle black
- Paint the end of the barrel also a dark colour to simulate soot
- Some of the clothes of the soldiers are a bit shiny, also as the motorcycle.
What material have you used to simulate the snow? It looks very convincing. Natriumbicarbonate?
Keep up the good work! What will be your next build?

thanks for the comments.... the gloss is due to the camera flash and I think the flash lightened the color of the BMW's tires as they are painted black....
For snow, I used baking soda and sprayed it with scenic sprayer so I could form footprints in it and let it dry....
Right now I am working on a couple dioramas: One of a couple burnt-out Japanese tanks in the Pacific and one of a rear area in the Ardennes....
thanks again

At this point - I'm going to jump in and say welcome to Armorama. I'm always happy to see diorama modelers joining the ranks.
First impressions of your diorama are all good. I'll take a closer look and formulate some feedback....

First of all..Welcome to the Big A. Your gonna love it here. Secondly, i really like the overall theme of the diorama. I love the well in the front..is it scratchbuilt of is it a kit? The snow looks good..I like some of the others would like to see some more close up pics that are a bit clearer. Great Job..

I like your dio a lot and am very impressed with some of the snow effects you are showing as well as the setting, scene, buildings and vehicles. I would love to see some better pics of this. Is that possible? Cheers and thank you for sharing. Kevin
