Looks pretty good, much like a T-62

There does seem to be a gap along the front edge of the turret below the search light. It could just be a shadow.

Cool! Are the markings handpainted or decals?

What company makes this T-62 kit?

thanks for your comments.

you're right, there is a gap...

today i got humbroll model filler, so on the next model i'll try filling gaps...

about the markings - those are decals.

oh, and the kit is made by Italery. Item #7006.

Nice T62.
IMHO, you could improve the handrails on the turret with thinner brass rod than the kit parts.

It is a reissue of the old Esci T-62 by Italeri. even with aftermarket items like Armo's aluminum barrel or Eduard's photo etch, this is still a hard kit to build.

The nice thing about the Eduard set is that it adds a headlight guard and a real nice exhaust port detail. Both of them a couple of items that would be difficult to scratch in 1/72 scale.

I've long since considered sacrificing a PST T-54/55 to super detail this kit. If it is even possible, the kit is slightly over scaled for 1/72. Probably is closer to 1/70.

I like the breakup effect of the camouflage

For antennas, you can buy some thin plastic rod. Thin down the top end with your xacto knife and some sand paper. You can use thin brass rod and bend your own grab handles. Good first effort.

Best Regards,
