Getting ready to start my Seeing Red entry. Doing a Soviet T-55a. what is the color of this. Directions list Tamiya colors xf-58 Olive Green or TS-28 Olive Drab 2. What is the equivalent in Model Master ENAMELS? The catalog has something called Russia Armor Green. Is this a fairly accurate color.

Hi Steve,
Color matching for Tamiya XF-58 Olive Green = FS 34097 Field (Marine) Green = Humbrol 105 = Testors MM E 7633.
For the Tamiya TS-28 Olive Drab 2, I don't test the color matching yet but it looks like the FS 34087 Olive Drab (Humbrol 155 = Testors MM E 7873) so I am not sure on this TS-28. I think that the other Armorama mates can help you.
HTH.

Thanks Francois....it looks like on the Model master color chart theat the field green and the Russian armor green are almost identical. So tomorrow I hit the LHS that is closing up and seling at a discount and hopefully they have one or the other still left.
