Hello everyone im starting a D-Day diorama at a beach and i need all the help i can get from you members its a pretty basic dio with a bunker on top of a hill and americans coming towards the beach

So please post any tip you got i will post pictures later

Sounds like a somewhat difficult diorama. I do think you can pull it off though. One thing is, its your diorama, we dont make the decisions for you. Good luck with it!

Did the Germans use Nebelwerfers at the beaches of Normandy? Can't recall seeing any photos with the rocket launchers, only artillery!

What Nebelwerfer kit have you gotten? From which manufacturer?

If you haven't already got it, maybe you could use the Airfix D-Day set that came out last year. It's good value for what you get in it, perfect stuff for your 1:72 scene. Only complaintI would make about it is that some of the vehicles are old Airfix/Heller 1:76 stuff. You can just about see the diffence in figure sizes. Where you planning to scratchbuild the bunker or use a kit?

Haha mate, his nickname is Nebelwerfer, he doesn't use a nebelwerfer on his dio I think :-)

Json, that is the guy who is making the dioramas callsign, he never said he will be putting nebelwafers in the diorama.

That bunker has a really unreaslistic bit of rock or whatever it front of it. Maybe you could build it into the bround and cover the 'rocks' or whatever they are with celluclay or something.
