The wheeled vehicle is a low tech multiple rocket launcher and the tracked vehicle is a field artillery howitzer.

The truck looks like it has an old RBU launcher on back, with an armored shell plated over its top

The artillery piece is a 2S1 M-1974 Gvodzika (Carnation), a 122mm SPH.
I'm not sure about the MRL, but it could be a Type 63 130mm rocket, 19-tube, truck mounted.
Really though, it could be anything mounted on a random chassis.
Cheers,
Linz
