Hello and thanks for all the great anwsers to my questions.

Now another one :

How could I simulate sand dust on a glass ?

Would thinned buff airbrushed work well for this ?

That should work just fine, just remember to mask the area the wiper would clear. You can also simulate a wiped clean area by putting a little gel toothpaste on a microbrush and gently rubbing over the buff to reveal the glass below.

You should try pigments.
