G'day guys
after discussing this with a few fellow armorama collegues, and with the assumption that a few of you i know would join this campaign anyway, im putting this forward.
It's been in the back of my mind for some time now, and i think i will put it out there to get some feedback..

---Welcome to the nam----
armoramas first vietnam war campaign

Any scale
You can build any of the following-
Ships, Aircraft, Softskins, Armor, Figures, Dioramas

4 Awards--- Best Diorama, Best single model, Best single figure, and Best Huey

Can build from any country that was there, these are...

In the assistance of South Vietnam-
Australia, Korea, New Zealand, USA, and of course, South Vietnam

and against the rest of us :-)
North Vietnam and their good old South counterparts, the VC

So that basically covers the rules, now lets move onto the start date...
After looking at the enourmous amount of campaigns running, i will not start this campaign soon, possibly early to mid 2006, But, i just wanted to get it out in the open now so now one nicks m idea :-)
So let's here it, whose with me, Gunny, Animal, James,Costas, Garry, Jo, PFC, the lot of you, Fall in!!!
Cheers

Well mates, the rumored M42? Duster from Italeri should be out by then! Along with the Sheridan tank. I have been wanting to build both of these for a long time now! Exciting campaign idea Davy!

Well first of all, glad to hear that your all with me, what was it, 10 people to make a campaign get the green? well this is 10 already so good stuff guys.
Tread, ah man i knew i'd leave out some people, LOL, the nam modellers list grows each year.
Speaking of nam modelleres, anyone seen Bracomadar around lately, he'd be up for this one too.
Cheers

Hi David (lestweforget)

If you don't mind could you read this post (warship area) Blue and Brown Water Navy Campaign

Do you think there's a change of a merger Campaign?
This way most of the comments made, regarding some entryes would be covered and the timmings would have a more general acceptance...

Just my input - and of course, I am in for this Campaign if it running only next year (no pressure on this)

I agree with Skipper with this. David, since you are including ships of the Nam era in to this campaign. It realy makes since to merge the Brown water navy into it. Just my 2 clams worth!

I think that this is a fantastic idea as well. But I feel we should start this campaign before 2006 now. Let it run for a year if need be.
