Need some help here guys.
I might be mistaken, but I think some one here scratch built the extension bustle rack for he 3rd ID M1A1's. I just recieved the Part 2 and 3 of Echelons decals for the M1A1's of the 3rdID. Well, anyways, I need the scale measurements for the extra bustle rack and if possible, the jerry can racks and exhaust deflector. Pictures would be nice too.
Thanks

Pete:
The jerry can racks are fairly easy. You just need angle shaped Evergreen stock.2mm in size. Then build it around three jerry cans tacked together. Then find the appropriate diamond mesh. If you do not have good close-ups let me know. Also, don't forget the bar across the open side.
I'll have to dig for the dimensions on the bustle rack.

Pete,
I'm sure Bob will come through, but here is another option. The Dragon M1A1 USMC Baghdad, 2003 kit actually has the Army style extended bustle rack. It is really nice with PE mesh for bottom and sides. The correct USMC extended rack is in the new Academy M1A1 OIF kit. Just some other options.
Good luck.
