Great job..! I actually thought the first picture was of a 1/35th scale dio (meant as a compliment )
Is it the camera, or is the figure a bit shiny?
How did you make the grass field?
regards,
Steen

Thanks Json, yes he is a bit shinny. They are so small I was going to wait till they are all done to spray them with dull coat. The grass is Silfor. A model railroad product.

Looking very nice indeed! I presume you did the weld seam on the turret youself? Did you use stretched sprue glued on and textured with a knife?
I did so on my Jumbo Sherman and it looks similar. (btw, it's about finished and I should post a couple of pics here...)
Nice build, keep up the good work

It looks really good Sticky! I especially love the way you put leaves and things in the grass. Nice touch!

Thank you very much Gentlemen.
Emeritus,
Yes the welds are styrene treated with glue, as well as some touch up with my pyrograve. Post up those jumbo pics I would love to see them!
ThorsHammer,
The leaves are actually part of the grass matt!
Deusmex,
Mine eyes were not up to the task as well! Thanks to binocular magnifiers I was able to put this thing together!
