So, were these tanks used in the North Africa campaign? And, if they were, please post some pictures.

Don't know about the L version, but the Pfzkw III was used in North Africa, no doubt!

The G version was in use there for sure....

The thing is that I'm building models in 1:72 scale. Where I live, we've got plenty of Revell kits. Other companies are not really present. :-) And Revell made a very nice Panzer III L. I really don't feel like converting it.

In Concord's THe Panzerkampfwagen III At War, there are several pictures of Panzer III L's in Africa.
