That kit looks awesome. I jsut have one question though, it looks a little too green, but I can't tell if that is just the lighting. Other than that, nice job!

That's an interesting little flap where you would normally see a ball gun. Is that an identifier between Panther Ausf.s?

OK, I checked my own model gallery and the Bergepanther I did based on the A/D has a little flap and the Panther G I did has a ball gun. I've never noticed the difference. I guess I just thought that the flap was added to the Bergepanther because the ball gun was removed.

Actually, the ball mount was introduced on the Panther "A", along with the cast cupola, and re-inforced roadwheels (among other changes). Many Panther A's were produced as early A's, retaining the mousetrap door utilizing "D" hulls on the assembly lines. Many "D" Panthers were retrofitted in the field with the "A" cupola, making identification of ausf's. very confusing, especially when reviewing photo references. The easiest way to spot a "D" will be to look at the number of bolts on the roadwheels.

i bought one a while ago and i hope it will turn out as good as yours!
but on the last picture, the cross decal looks like it has been 'cut' away.
other than that, great job

Looks great, the only problem I have, other than the green light you filmed it under, is that it's all squeaky clean and brand new, yet the exhaust pipes are already rusted?!

Very Nice indeed. And I like the figs as well, who's the manufacturer?

Actually, the Balkankreuz is partially covered by dust, appearing "cutoff".

Hi Crockett,
That's a very nice build. I especially like how you did the camo and the figures. Very cool.
A couple of things though and I think these are just very minor.
1) The headphones of the commander seems to be a bit too thick (the inverted U-shape thingy that connects the headphones). I think you can still shave it until it gets thinner and repaint it.
2) The antennas are too thick. You can replace them with guitar string.
3) Lastly, and unless you want it to be factory fresh, the tank is a bit too clean for my tastes. Weather it such as puting in mud splatters or dust, rust, chipped paint, etc. Put rust on the tracks;tracks tend to get really rusty.
Overall, it's a winner.
