I'm just about done with my 1/48 Corsair, and looking at starting my 1/48 A6M5 Zero; Question is, does preshading work well with an overall rattle can paint job (I mean using a wash and drybrushing over the glosscoat)? I may pick up an airbrush kit that is propelled by a compressed air can (I've since sold my compressor to Ex -Royal last year), and was wondering if it may be simply a matter of how directed the spray can is and how many coats to discern the panel lines?
Hopefully I will have this all ironed out, I'm expecting to get a 1/24 Airfix Ju-87 Stuka off ebay in a few days, and since I'm just back into doing wingy thingies, I'd like the Junkers to end up as a memorable piece...
