I just recently completed this jeep, and it was a fun build. Some of the extras include stowage items, I rings for the passenger and driver door belts (at the outside edges of the instrument pane) Windshield slides, notek light protector, wiring for the windshield wiper motors, gas can rack, keep chains for the windshield wing nuts and canvas roof frame, straps, ropes, etc. Hope you like.....Randy

G'day Randolph
Great job mate.
I'm also working on a Willy's now, just waiting to get a 30 cal pedastel mount before i finish it.
Who makes that kit by the way?
Cheers

You done a real good job with her Randolph, I like all your add ons, the only question, but it isn't only you, I guess I'm the only one that likes the rear hitch without mold lines.

Cause it seems a lot of the others I seen, are just like yours, they have the mold lines to, but that is something I look for a lot, to make sure they are all cleaned up.

Hi mate,

Looks good to me. Nive stowage and OD colour is about right. Subtle weathering ... nice. But not a great build, sorry.
At the rear, the decal edges are clearly visible, the handels at the corners have some flash, as well as the towing pintle. Left hhandle is not mounted propery, Its sit is askew. And take care of finger marks, check the spare wheel.

One thing about photos, Yours are good, but a plain, dark blue or grey background would lift the overall impression, and Kubels in the foreground are a pity.
Otherwise, very nicely done.

Cheers, MartinD

That's a great looking jeep. I like all the gear. Looks like the crew really made a home of their jeep

Is it me, or is the rifle storage case on the back of the windshield upside down? If they put the windshield up, the rifle would fall out!

Hey, Jesse, no, the case is correct. On these items there were clips to hold the carbine in place...release the clips and the gun comes out. Check out the movie "A Bridge Too Far"; you'll see James Caan unclip a carbine from his jeep. Chhers!

Delbert, I used ship rigging rope, and gave it a wash of burnt umber. Randy
