I have two questions regarding the Tamiya HMMWV kits.

First, can the M1025 also be built as M1026, which means is the winch included?
Second, when I swap parts from the M1025 and M1046 kits, would it be possible to built a M966 and a M1043/1044 out of the two kits?

M1025 kit does not come with winch to make an M1026.

As to converting by swapping parts. I would say yes. Between the two, you would have all the needed parts to build an M966 TOW carrier and an M1043/1044 armament carrier.
