This Dodge Ambulance is what we called a "golden oldie" This Dodge variant is not available anymore, but your comments on this one are welcome

Looks pretty good, Some things you may want to note:
1. Mold seams on the tires
2. More dirt on the side of the rig than on the chassis and under the fenders
Good effort.

Apart from Stickys' comments I note that the rear step plate is missing so I would say this one has been built for a few years.

Eric,
I hear the M*A*S*H* tune allready!
Looks great! I specially like the blue shaded back windows. But indeed, the rear step is missing...
The kit is rare, but sometimes Italeri brings it out again as a 'limited edition'.
Most ex-Italeri Dodge models are also available under the Bilek flag. But unfortunatly, these kits are also rare because only a few supplie Bilek...

I've got an unbuilt kit in the original bax from the original maker of the kit....Peerless Max. I built an Italerie version 3 years ago for my dad a retred Army medic. Sure wish they had a Viet Nam era version.

Hai Steve you've said that you still have an unbuilt model of the Dodge Ambulance from Peerless Max. Over here in the Netherlands we don't know this manufacturer (or how do you called it) can you tell me some more about them and what did you paid for the model, waiting for your answer

Eric,
If I am not mistaken, the Italeri kit is from the Peerless Max molds (Peerless Max is defunct). This was done with several kits, the RSO tractor for example. Tamiya is now re-releasing some of those kits in Japan.

You're right. This kit has appeared several times over the years, originally by Peerless Max, then Italeri, and later by Bilek. Each one is the same and all have one miscue in common - no door handles!!
