I noticed that opinion polls don't seem to be locked or closed after a period of time. An example of this is the FOTM; I managed to vote in Feb '05's poll.
Shouldn't certain date dependant polls like FOTM be locked after voting has closed?
p.s. normally I wouldn't vote in old polls, I was just curious (ok, and bored at work... :-) )

Rudi:
Just as an aside, I mark down the results at the time of close (or within a few hours to make up for different times zones) so it has no bearing on the end result. I'll need to look if I can close the poll. I suspect I can.

Thanks Nate.
I know it was a dumb question.
