Like the title says, what is the total load that the hummer can pull?

Standard HMMWV (M998, M1025, etc.) has a towing capacity of 5,500 lbs.
Heavy HMMWV (M1037, M1097, etc.) has a towing capacity of 7,500 lbs.

Thanks Gino. I'm thinking of pulling a payload that contains a container dolly set (CLT, the one I built). Does it seem appropiate? I don't know the weight of the dolly+container but I'm assuming it weighs too much.

Container with dollies is usually pulled by a 2 1/2 ton or larger. About the largest a HMMWV pulls is a M119 105mm howitzer or a 1 1/4 ton trailer. Anything larger than the above would be pulled by a larger vehicle.

I have no idea, but you might find this amusing:

I can't remember what I was searching for when I found it, but I think of it every time an urban cowboy passes by.

Yup, gotta love those guys who don't know how to drive a 4-wheel drive vehicle and think it can go anywhere, even over a tree stump. Urban Cowboys indeed. Just goes to prove you can get a HMMVW (well, H2 anyways) stuck. I have actually had a military HMMWV stuck once. Went over a steep rise that was washed out on the other side after a strong desert rain and couldn't see it. Far side was now a sheer wall. Front end fell off, frame bottomed out with all 4 wheels off the ground. High centered big time. Got another HMMWV to yank it off though.
