Hey all id like to show you my pics of my marder III m that im almost done building. I will be using this in a ardenne dio where it is ambushed and shot with some type of anti tank round that severely damages the running gear and blwing the track off. I scratched some new fenders out of foil from a wine bottle and added new loops on the fighting compartment plates. Tell me what you think. Comments and criticism are welcome








Also, what kind of british or american round would do this kind of damage to a tank like this? Bazooka, grenade.....?

It is looking good so far (and a very clean build).

I like your new fender... I assume it is the left front the damage is supposed to be on?

Then I am curious to know what else is to be damaged...

what damage do you want to depict?

as far as british or american AT weapons go, due to the marders light armour, and AT weapon would pretty much destroy it.

An anti-tank gun (including tank guns) would make a lot more mess of it than just ripping up the fenders.

A PIAT or Bazzoka would also cause severe damage to any part of the marder.

if the fenders are all you want to damage i would suggest a nearlby artillery or AT round esplosion, rather than a hit to the vehicle itself.

thats the sort of damage an AT gun will do to a lightly armoured tank destorer
