AFV Club Tiger late, painted with Tamiya Acrylics.i also used eduard grills and cavalier zimmerit, the barrel is the one that comes with the kit.dont use the kit decals as i was not intended to do 007 but the afv club decals broke when i took them out of the water,so i had to use Tamiya ones.so now that i have one of wittmanns kittys now i want to complete all of his Tigers.
comments and critisism welcome.
and thanks for looking.

Fantastic! That must rate as one of the best Tigers you've built Karl? How do rate it among all your others? That zimmerit does look a bit dark and shiny though? Could be the pics? Anyhow, a fantastic looking beast! Well done mate!

I did his 205 from Villers-bocage. Are you going to get the DML #6028 Tiger Aces (Normandy 44)? It has Wittman in the kit.

Hi Karl,
Really a great looking job. Do agree with Vinnie. The zimmerit does look shiney.
The only thing for me (personal preference) is it looks too clean.
An outstanding build

It really looks mighty now that is finihed! A feast for the eyes! Congratulations Karl!
Cheers and happy modelling!

Sorry, in my last comment I didn't realise it was AFV's kit!

Karl ...nice job on the tiger ...I agree that a flat coat might be in order ,but it does have that very dark heavy camo seen on most 101st SS tigers...

Very nice! Not to repeat what others have said, but yeah...the zimmerit is a bit on the shiny side.

Karl . Your tiger looks great. tell me please how did you fit the track guards on top of the zimmerit as I have the tamiya Tiger 1 late here and have been trying to figure that one out (first time for cavalier zimmerit)

007 was a befehlswagen and should have the mantlet MG port deleted and 3 antenna. It should also have a rear plate stowage tube for the antenna.
