I know testors Model Master paints makes an Africa brown RAL8020 that was used in 1942 in North Africa I believe that would be the correct shade for a panzer IV ausf F2 in North Africa
Dark Yellow wasn't used until february 1943 I am not sure if that color made it into North Africa Hope that helps

For German Armour from '43 on I usually use Tamiya XF60. Before that I usually use Sand XF59.

Hi Rudel72,
If you want an Africa corps vehicle and like acrylic I would recommend Gunze H402 green brown, in my opinion it is the closest to Africa corps color I could find. Other than that I agree with Tamiya xf-60 for 43 and after. Hope this helps.
Regards,
Robert
