I would like to congratulate CaptainJack (James Welch) for being selected to receive the "highly prodigious" User of the Month award for September. He's sporting a brand new medal and it looks good.
Jack will receive a $20 Gift Certificate/Credit from Military Hobbies for his good deeds in earning this award.
Congratulations too for all those nominated last month.
Cheers,
Jim

Congratulations Mr. Jack...
It´s great that for the first time on this award history, it wasn´t given to a native american (us, I mean!) It´s the proof of the wide power of the Armorama community...Great news!
A big hug....

not wanting to rain on anyone's parade...........I was born in Boston Mass, USA, Served in the U.S. Marines and have been living abroad for amost twenty years now. I guess that is even better as I can serve as a socio-poitical bridge across forever. I just want to thank everyone, I'm humbed and honoured to think that I have so many friends. Used to be a time you coud count friends on a singe hand, today with Armorama.com you'd need to be an octopus to count them. Thank you a again you are a great bunch, the greatest in fact.

At this moment, the site is sooooooo slow I'd reach you quicker if I took my bicycle to come over to your place to congratulate you, but I prefer the official way : Congrats, CJ !

Heh heh - it took me literally three minutes to get here and post this reply. Man - that's dedication!

Congrats Captain Jack!!!
As I passed the TV it flased the word "Jack"
which caused me to look back
at the railroad track
They were empty, the train long gone
but I looked around me knowing something was wrong
Picked up the phone and heard dialtone
Turned on the TV and saw Regis and Kathy Lee
Something was wrong; what could it be?
I looked at the computer, now I see!
ArmoramA on the screen there was not
I type in the address and am there in a flash
Then I hear Homer tell me, a private message, I've got!
Ol' Jack had sent me a message to tell me to stop ruining the art of poetry
The End
I could've saved a few English teachers from having headaches if that 'poem' had gone untyped... I should've just said 'congrats' and been done with it.
Congrats!!! :-) :-) :-)
I'm done now #:-)

Thanks oI haven't been around for a while, as I've been to shows every single weekend for the last two months!! This means there will be some good photo coverage coming through. The cool part is that these are a lot of the things you won't see elsewhere. So without further ado look for the following reports in a cinema near you:
Euro Militaire
Mento France
Geel (KMK) Belgium
Payerne Switzerland
Cholet France (this weekend)
Hasselt Belgium
Jacks international travel Services.
Once again thanks to all my good friends here at Armorama.com!
