Is it possible to place an MG/MG ring(the Tamiya set) to this truck?

Yes you will have to scratch the mounting legs but the ring is the same type.

cabs are different so the mounting legs mount to the cab differently.
what I suggest is that you use the Tamiya mounting legs as guides and dry fit the ring to the cab to see what differences there are. I built a Des kit Federal Tractor unit and added the MG mount but had to alter the mounts to suit the cab.
