Ian, Nice work on the dog placed on a very interesting setting. Will you be including the handler as well as it looks a bit tight on the vignette?
Ceasar looks a bit like a Scottish terrier based on the head. I'm assuming he's scratchbuilt. I think its an excellent idea to highlight the unsung but enormous contribution of our canine friends. Is it true that none of them made it back as most of them were either KIA or left behind?

Ian, a truly well thought out and implemented project. I would never have thought of this. Excellent, it also makes you think about man’s best friend doing his bit and then some.
Yes sad but true, click on the link to read more.

Read a bit about Trackers here, this is one book I'll be buying soon!
Thanks Ian.

Due to customs regulations none were allowed to return to Australia- I read that Caesar was given to the british consulate but the author could not track down anymore- Caesar was scratch built and he is a labrador kelpie(an australian cattle dog breed) cross-
either they are crazy or very intelligent. Thanks for the comments. I did him by himself to give the idea he was put in the sit /stay position and waiting for his handler to return which did not happen.
