Calavera,
First of all welcome to Armorama.
The gun is the famous 88 mm Flak 36. If you make a Google search I'm sure that you will find many information.
As for the uniforms you can see this link.

well, its been said, it is an 88mm flak, possibly a gray color with coating of dust, maybe a yellow/tan color, although I've never seen that on an 88. Good luck!

If you want to built a FLAK88, you should wait till the Dragon and AFV club kits are released...they will be far better than tamiya's model!

Thanks to all for your help!!!
Martinnnn, when do you think Dragon will release their 88mm Flank? Anyway this is going to be my first Dio, so probably for me Tamyia would do fine, right?

Go for the tamiya, it is a really nice model and you get extra 9 figures loading the gun for your dio plus a zundap. As for the color I 've never seen anything but grey 88s.

I just saw over the internet (internethobbies) the new release from Dragon of the 88mm Flak and i just have a word to describe it, WOW!!!; it's a must-have model.
Anyway I guess I will get both, the tamyia to do the Dio and the Dragon to treasure.
