This is really lookin good Max. I can tell your taking your time on it and keep it up, because it is looking excellent! One thing is the slope of the mountain, i would lay down some more styrofoam to make it one steady slope instead of it looking like a stair case. Keep up the great work Max!

Hmm..32 wheels on one Jagdpanther..times two.. plus 32 wheels on a Panther.. 96 wheels to paint.
96 'identical' wheels.... I couldn't..
My respect to you Max, looking good so far, I like the height in the dio, just space the trees a bit more random.
Cheers
Henk

Max, i think this dio is looking really good so far. What a massive scene..How big will it be actually? I really like the multi-level look of it..i think that it not only adds dimision, but also the downward "slope" tends to guide the eye downward to where the main focus of the dio will be. Keep us posted on this one. I can't wait to see more updates.

Good update. One thing I would like to offer for consideration as you go. That hard left turn is going to get ripped up by the track on the tanks. It's a really tight turn and the tanks will really have to slow down the left track and power up the right one to get around it. Lots of digging and grinding.

Hi Max
I would leave the slope i have some pics back in the UK in my dads regimental book which shows a scene very much like the one you have depicted the ground which had been graduated in that way.
That was in the Ardennes lots of snow and lots of mud on the road giving the mud effect will give some contrast to the snow effect.
Looking forward to seeing more progress.
Cheers Chris

Schaut gut, Maximillian (Hope that translates properly :-) :-)
Gotta agree with the folks above, love the size, love the layers!
I also have to agree with Scott, that bottom turn is pretty hairy! The AFV's are gonna have a really hard time making that turn... not impossible though...
When's the next installment??? Can't wait to see it!

Max I will leave your turn alone My only addition, I think you should do is add trees on the slopes not just on the stairs flat parts. In nature you will see trees on the slopes themselves. Other than that its looking mighty impressive so far. I look forward to seeing the next installment here. cheers Kevin

That's a big dio.
I don't think the buttom is the final sight/layer, is it??
A lot of mud with a lot of snow would be very nice.
A lot of dirt. And that Panther looks really awesome!
Maby you could add more foliage for a more attractive look.
Keep going like this, I don't know what the final dio is going to look like, but I'm convinced it will be a great dio.
Great job so far!!
Greetz Hilbert.
